Should you want to change your cleaning company but keep your current cleaning team, that's okay! MagiClean will TUPE your cleaners: (Transpire the Undertaking of Public Employees). Some staff like their cleaners but not the cleaning contracting company and often stay with the same company for that reason. MagiClean are fully aware of TUPE law and have complied on numerous occasions. So you can change cleaning companies, but keep your cleaning team!

Following on from your site visit, MagiClean will send you a package containing:

A detailed list of all your cleaning tasks, frequency. & the projected number of operatives. Every thing will be tailored to your businesses needs.

A detailed cost break-down for our services

Should you require the following, certain other documents will be included in your package;

Window cleaning - Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, Annually, internal & external cleaning options.

We can also supply

Wash room hygiene - Sanitary units maintenance, toilet roll containers, stock, room fragrance, baby care services, vending machines.

Flooring - Carpet restoration, marble cleaning, rotary machine cleaning, dust mats services.

Commercial waste removal.
