Training

Employees are trained by MagiClean management ensuring a regular standard of work. MagiClean administration staff are also required to work at our sites each year as we find this is a good way for them to see how the company is run as a whole. We have had a number of staff on our books for the last 10 years because we treat our staff with respect, honouring any problems they may have; work related or otherwise.

Learning & Development

We encourage our staff to continue the learning process by sending them on courses that they may want to cover. We ensure constant contact with our staff members on a weekly basis by phone and monthly site visits. We try our best to employ from within.
